Welcome to the Surviving Infidelity forum. Infidelity is rampant in marriages today and without help and guidance it very difficult to get through these difficult times.
I have been on both sides of the fence when it comes to cheating, so I have personally contributed to the pain of others, but I also know the pain that I had to endure when I was cheated on.
The helpless feeling would keep me up at nights, and I didn’t know where to turn to get the answers that I was looking for.
Sure there were books that covered cheating and infidelity, but it didn’t touch home like hearing it from someone else that was going through the same things as I was.
Can a marriage survive infidelity? With the help of others, it certainly can if both spouses are on the same page.

5 Quick Tips For a Healthier Relationship
- Make sure you make time to laugh. Laughing is chicken soup for the soul.
- Make time to be intimate in your relationship. Often times we take it this for granted but marriages that lack sex are more prone to encounter infidelity. Don’t underestimate the power of a big hug and a kiss.

- Learn something new about your spouse every chance you get. We are all very complex and there will always be opportunities to see a new side to your partner.
- Make the household chores a partnership. It doesn't have to be exactly even but you should both feel comfortable with the agreement.
